• 1 year lease term; short term lease agreements available under special conditions
  
• Security deposit is $500 due at time of lease signing

RENTAL Rate:

2 BR 1.5 Bath with Basement - $800 per month (450 sq ft unfinished basement)

2 BR 1.5 Bath - $695 per month
